- General light vehicle maintenance including, but not limited to oil and filter changes and tire rotations
- General building/shop maintenance
- Assisting other maintenance technicians
- Providing quality vehicle inspections

Level 2
Maintenance Tech
Maintenance Tech
- Trained and proficient in Level 1 services
- Must demonstrate technical competency and productivity
- Perform additional maintenance duties including fluid exchanges and alignments
- Assist other technicians when necessary

Apprentice

- Work under the supervision of a Master Level or Senior Master Level technician
- Must demonstrate technical competency and productivity of all Level 1 and Level 2
- Must complete all factory and/or dealer training requirements
- Perform general repairs
- Gain diagnostic skills

Certified Level 1

- Perform general diagnostic functions
- Efficiently perform general repairs
- Maintain all applicable factory and/or dealer training
- Certifications (online and instructor-led)

Certified Level 2
Technician

- Perform general and advanced diagnostic functions
- Perform general and advanced repairs
- Maintain all applicable factory and/or dealer training certifications (online and instructor-led)
06
Master
Technician
Technician
- Requires Manufacturer Master Certification and mastery of all repair systems
- Perform all Level 2 requirements
- Attend all required factory and/or dealer training (online and Instructor-led) to achieve certifications (online and instructor-led)
07
Senior Master
Technician
Technician
- Must achieve the highest attainment of manufacturer training and certification
- Has met all dealership requirements including meeting productivity expectations
- Has been a Master technician for at least 5 years
